The Delta flight attendants currently are in the midst of an active organizing drive to join AFA-CWA, and thousands of Delta flight attendants have already signed authorization cards. AFA-CWA's goal is to represent all flight attendants under one international union, protecting each flight attendant's seniority in instances of mergers and acquisitions. This is more important than ever since many analysts see this period as one of inevitable airline consolidation. It remains in our own best interest to continue to mobilize our membership, unionize Delta and secure our future in this industry.
