LETTER OF AGREEMENT
between
NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
and
FLIGHT ATTENDANTS
in the service of
NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
as represented by
ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS - CWA, AFL-CIO
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Northwest Airlines, Inc., a
Minnesota Corporation (the "Company" and the Flight Attendants in the
service of Northwest Airlines, Inc. as represented by the Association of Flight
Attendants - CWA, AFL-CIO (the "Union").
The undersigned parties agree as follows:
The Company may establish a group of Flight Attendants dedicated to NBA
charters and other charters operating on reconfigured VIP A319/A320 aircraft.
A group of at least ten (10) qualified Flight Attendants shall be established at
each base.
Flight Attendants shall be selected for such charter group in the following
order:
1. Flight Attendants individually identified by the NBA or other charter, by
name
2. Flight Attendants with NWA sports charter experience in the past four
(4) years, in seniority order
3. All other applicants in seniority order
Agreed to on this 18th day of June, 2007.
