History

The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA-CWA) is the world's largest labor union organized by flight attendants for flight attendants. Strategy

Staff and Volunteers

Thousands of Delta flight attendants have signed authorization cards to become members of AFA-CWA. Our union's goal is to represent all flight attendants under one international union, protecting each flight attendant's seniority in instances of mergers and acquisitions. This is more important than ever since many analysts see this period as one of inevitable airline consolidation. It remains in our own best interest to continue to mobilize our membership, unionize Delta and secure our future in this industry.
